POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD - APP ITX GO

1. ¿QUIÉN ES EL RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO DE TUS DATOS? Industria de Diseño Textil, S.A. (Inditex, S.A.), sociedad española matriz del Grupo Inditex, con domicilio social en Avda. de la Diputación, Edificio Inditex, 15143, Arteixo (A Coruña), España. Tratamos tus datos personales como Responsable del tratamiento. Esto quiere decir que nos hacemos cargo de cómo usar y proteger tus datos. Puedes contactar con nuestra Delegada de Protección de Datos enviando un email a: dataprotection@inditex.com.
2. ¿PARA QUÉ USAMOS TUS DATOS? Usaremos los datos personales facilitados a través de la aplicación ITX GO (dirección de email para posibilitar el login y contraseña facilitados a través de esta aplicación) para proporcionarte el acceso a dicha aplicación. Esta aplicación ofrece una serie de funcionalidades relacionadas con la trazabilidad de la mercancía que gestiona el Grupo Inditex, para el adecuado desarrollo de los servicios, sin incluir en dicho contenido datos personales. Si no nos facilitas los datos que te solicitemos durante el registro y acceso a la aplicación, no podremos darte acceso a la misma.
3. ¿POR QUÉ LOS USAMOS? Estamos legitimados para tratar tus datos porque los necesitamos para facilitar tu acceso y uso de la aplicación ITX GO, como colaborador del Grupo Inditex.
4. ¿DURANTE CUÁNTO TIEMPO CONSERVAREMOS TUS DATOS? Trataremos tus datos durante el tiempo que sea necesario para acceder y usar la aplicación. Independientemente de que tratemos tus datos durante el tiempo estrictamente necesario para cumplir con la finalidad mencionada, los conservaremos posteriormente debidamente guardados y protegidos durante el tiempo en que pudieran surgir responsabilidades derivadas del tratamiento, en cumplimiento con la normativa vigente en cada momento. Una vez prescriban las posibles acciones en cada caso, procederemos a la supresión de los datos personales.
5. ¿CON QUIÉN COMPARTIMOS TUS DATOS? Compartiremos tus datos con prestadores de servicios que nos ayudan o dan soporte tecnológico, ya sean empresas del propio Grupo Inditex o colaboradores externos con quien hemos llegado a un acuerdo.
6. TUS DERECHOS. Tienes derecho a acceder, rectificar o suprimir tus datos personales. En algunos casos, también tienes otros derechos, por ejemplo, a oponerte a que usemos tus datos, a limitarlos o a portarlos. Puedes ejercitar tus derechos sin coste alguno escribiéndonos un correo electrónico a nuestra dirección dataprotection@inditex.com, simplemente indicándonos el motivo de tu solicitud y el derecho que quieres ejercitar. En caso de que lo consideremos necesario para poder identificarte, podremos solicitarte copia de un documento acreditativo de tu identidad.
   
   Por último, te informamos de tu derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control en materia de protección de datos pertinente, en particular, ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (https://www.agpd.es/portalwebAGPD/index-ides-idphp.php).

PRIVACY POLICY - APP ITX GO

1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA? Industria de Diseño Textil, S.A. (Inditex, S.A.), Spanish parent company of the Inditex Group, with registered office at Avda. de la Diputación, Edificio Inditex, 15143, Arteixo (A Coruña), Spain. We treat your personal data as Data Controller. This means that we are in charge of how we use and protect your data. You can contact our Data Protection Officer by sending an email to: dataprotection@inditex.com.
2. WHAT DO WE USE YOUR DATA FOR? We will use the personal data provided through the ITX GO application (email address to enable login and password provided through this application) to provide you with access to this application. This application offers a series of functionalities related to the traceability of the merchandise managed by the Inditex Group, for the proper development of the services, without including personal data in such content. If you do not provide us with the data that we request during the registration and access to the application, we will not be able to give you access to the same.
3. WHY DO WE USE THEM? We are entitled to process your data because we need them to facilitate your access to and use of the ITX GO application, as a partner of the Inditex Group.
4. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA? We will process your data for as long as it is necessary to access and use the application. Regardless of the fact that we process your data for the time strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned purpose, we will subsequently keep them duly stored and protected for as long as any liabilities arising from the processing may arise, in compliance with the regulations in force at any given time. Once the possible actions in each case are prescribed, we will proceed to the deletion of the personal data.
5. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA? We will share your data with service providers that help us or provide us with technological support, whether they are companies of the Inditex Group itself or external collaborators with whom we have reached an agreement.
6. YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data. In some cases, you also have other rights, for example, to object to our use of your data, to limit it or to transfer it. You can exercise your rights free of charge by sending us an e-mail to our address dataprotection@inditex.com, simply indicating the reason for your request and the right you wish to exercise. If we consider it necessary to identify you, we may ask you for a copy of a document proving your identity.
   
   Finally, we inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority, in particular with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.agpd.es/portalwebAGPD/index-ides-idphp.php).
